Into the forest we go

Mr and Mrs Flint got married on Friday and I had the treat of doing a styled shoot for the couple up in the Lakes.

Instead of capturing their ceremony they booked my Ceremony package for me to take photos of them exploring the beauty of Grizedale Forest - practically fresh from the registry office. I must admit, none us knew the place well so we didn't know what to find, but that's what made the photos that much more authentic. The couple got a recommendation for an easy walk with stunning scenery then we took it from there. So me, the couple, their child, their dog and a few close friends had a lovely wander for a few hours. It really was stunning!

The Bride bought a dress knowing that it would end up dirty and complimented it so well with personalised accessories and the Groom had a green suit that matched the setting. Their son River also looked the part too! They were very much up for anything and definitely preferred to be off the beaten path which made these photos stand out. I'm so happy with how these photos have turned out and I hope they do too.

So if there any couples wanting photos on their wedding day but not so much the wedding itself, the 2.5 hours that you have me for can really be for anything and I will absolutely be enjoying every minute of it with you!

Scarlett and Sean - thank you so much for having me as your photographer. It truly was different so what I'm used to, but that's why I loved doing it so much.

As of posting, 14th Oct, the completed album is available to view on my website at Info -> Current Galleries. Below are a few of my faves!
